This is a full-time, internal corporate position working on the Digital Agency side of Horizontal Integration located in our Saint Louis Park, MN office.

Position Summary
To continue to support its growing client needs and demands, Horizontal Integration is currently looking for highly skilled Sitecore professionals that have a passion for developing enterprise web solutions. As a Sitecore Developer, you’ll be expected to grow and develop not only our client’s capabilities on Sitecore, but also internally mentor other developers to ensure that our standards for technology delivery on Sitecore are repeatable, consistent, effective, and current.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience designing, developing and managing the deployment of Microsoft based software solutions
- 2+ years of hands-on programming experience in Microsoft C#.Net (v2.0 – v3.5), ASP .Net, ADO.Net, XML, DHTML, HTML, HTTP Protocol, Java script, and Web Services
- Strong .Net development skills
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, object oriented programming, database design and development.
- Experience working on web sites and web based applications, ecommerce sites
- Exposure to database design and development on SQL Server 2000 - 2008 and other database technologies
- Team player, strong consultative and communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and contribute across different projects
- Excellent programming, problem solving skills, analytics skills and communication
- VB.Net, Flash, PHP, ColdFusion and other programming languages
- Experience with web content management systems
- Sitecore or Umbraco CMS preferably but open to others
- Experience with ORM tools NHibernate, Subsonic, LINQ
- Technical Certifications, Microsoft certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalant
